### Starter (free, up to 5 staff)
- Weekly roster builder across locations: copy last week, staff unavailability and time off, and an estimated wage cost per location
- Phone time clock: staff clock in and out and take breaks from their phone, with a live "who's on" view
- Time adjustments with a full audit trail (change log) recording who changed what and why
- Timesheets and a payroll summary for each pay period as a PDF: hours, pay and super calculated from each person's hourly rate, your rounding rule and pay cycle. CrewConnect doesn't pay staff, and doesn't yet apply award penalty rates or overtime.
- A staff app for shifts, hours and marking the times they can't work
- Unlimited locations, each with its own time zone and settings
- Free setup: RooWorks sets up your locations, staff and settings for you

### Pro (A$5 per user per month; new customers get 50% off for the first 3 months)
- Shift checklists: opening (startup) and closing (closeup) lists on every phone. Each tick records who did it and when, and a weekly report shows completion rates and the most-missed tasks.
- Stock control: live stock levels per location in cartons and packs, counted on a phone by nominated staff, with a restock list that builds itself, stock-check history and PDFs
- Purchase orders: one PO per supplier drafted from the restock list, an approval step, and a branded PDF with GST emailed to the supplier. When the delivery arrives, any staff member can mark it received, short deliveries included, and stock updates itself.
